What is Jimmy's relationship with Mum like?

They are not close.This is supported by the evidence that when she goes for something,she does not care about the fact of the condition of Jimmy when he returns home.

Jimmy’s mum is defensive towards him.This is supported by the evidence that when Aunt Pol calls Jimmy fat,Jimmy’s mum fierce defends him.

Jimmy’s mum is caring towards him.This is supported by the evidence that when anything happens to him,Jimmy’s mum does not hesitate to give him an excuse letter or call in the doctor
