- Are Jimmy's problems and issues being resolved or still being developed?

Some of them are being solve and some of them are being developed...Examples of the one being solve is his dream and he is able to swim now,in fact now he is a good swimmer. He decided to learn swimming due to the dream that had been visiting him at almost every night and the one which is being developed is that he is still being bullied,he even get bullied by the others whom he did not know and a stranger to him
I think jimmy's problems are developing because he is still being bullied by his classmates and even strangers who didn't know him also bullies him...and Jimmy now also faces another problem where GI joe is a priest besides being Jimmy's football coach.

The characters GI Joe,Victor and the strangers add on to Jimmy's current
problem.GI Joe was his coach but Jimmy was flabbergasted to realise that GI Joe is
actually a priest after Aunt Pol told him about the incident. This adds on to the problem as Jimmy intially view GI Joe as a strict and fierce person rather than being a pious,holy and gentle father.Moreover, Victor bullied Jimmy by adding water and rubbish in Jimmy's belongings and the strangers insulted him by complaining about his size.
As a result, Jimmy lost his self-esteem and confidence that he was often bullied. All the incidents contributed to the problems encountered by Jimmy.
Jimmy's problem is still being developed. Jimmy still gets bully by Victor and he does not even have the courage to defend for himself. I feel that Jimmy is timid or afraid of them that causes him to get bullied everytime. Jimmy has the talent to cook well but dare not tell to GI Joe. I feel that he lacks confident of himself or maybe he's a boy who keeps everything to himself.
Jimmy's problems have not been resolved but more is being developed.He discovered that GI Joe is a priest.Jimmy could not stand up to him because he is a priest even though he is Jimmy's football coach.He need to respect and not to be rude to GI Joe as a priest but also as a coach.
Jimmy's problems are still developing through the story...examples are his blazer and textbooks are soaked by his friends and this caused him to own a explanation to his mum and there are more problems that causes him.

In my opinion, some of the problems are being resolved while the others are actually being developed. For an example, Jimmy have always had recurring dreams of him swimming. He had a sudden interest to swim, and he did learn how to swim. As the storyline goes, Jimmy actually builds up his self esteem thanks to swimming. Problems are being solved in tht aspect. However, his friends continues to tease and bully him. Problems are being developed in this aspect. In conclusion, there are problems which are being solved and there are problems which are being developed.

Although some problem has been solved but there still some problems developed. Like, Jimmy didn't tell other people that he has the talent to cook but at last, when GI Joe knows that he has the talent to cook, he let Jimmy to use his talent to raise money. And, Jimmy is alwasys so timid and this causes him to get bullied by his friends. He is also lacks of confident to tell the teacher about it. He is also afraid to speak up for himself when being bullied and also, his friends also teased him about his appearance(fat). At the end of the novel, he has lot of confidence in himself as he could swim.

I agree that most of Jimmy's problems and issues are still being developed.For example,he is still continously being bullied by Victor Swift and many other kids since he was young.An evidence of this bulling can be found at page 32 of Chapter 5.This bullying also leads him to another two of his many problems.His low self-esteem and his inability to socialize with other people.One major problem Jimmy faces is that he has no father figure to look up to since his father died died when he was very young.Another problem is when Jimmy found out from Aunt Pol that GI Joe was actually a priest and also a football coach.Jimmy was puzzled as his view on GI Joe was a very strict and fierce coach but who would have thought that he was a holy and gentle priest who goes by the name of Father Joseph.Another problem Jimmy faces is that he has two controlled women in his life.The two women are his Mother and Aunt Pol.They control him alot because he is the only child plus he has problems with his weight and social issues.
Jimmy also has many sleepless nights where he always has this same recurring swimming pool dream and this also leaves him confused at the end of the dream.This is because Jimmy does not know how to swim at the first place plus there is always a shadow shape of a person he cannot figure out at the end of the dream.However Jimmy will learn how to swim due to the coaching of GI Joe and this also results in him becoming fitter and skinner.GI Joe also helps Jimmy to dry his soaked blazer by using a towel to dry it clean.
I think Jimmy's Problem are furture develop as he is still being bullied by the Victor Swift & the others.The other problem is that how is Jimmy going to face Gi Joe(Father joseph) as he is a priest.

i think that the problem that jimmy faces is ng further developed.For example, He is still being bullies before & after his swimming lessons with GIJoe(Father Joseph).

There is my answer to the Questions:
To my opinion, I feel that most of Jimmy’s problems and issues
are still being developed. For example, Jimmy always had recurring dreams of him aiming to reach to the deep end of the pool, as a result, he had an interest in swimming. Jimmy starts to build up his self-esteem after he learns how to swim.However, Jimmy always being bullied by Victor and the strangers insulted about his
size. There is a main problem and issue that Jimmy faces is that he does not have a father since young and Jimmy had to live with his Mum and Aunt Pauline in his life. The
another problem is that Jimmy realizes that GI Joe was a priest who was also known Father Joseph after Aunt Pauline told him about it. Therefore there are some problems which are solved and there are problems that are developing.

Part of the problems which Jimmy faces are being developed and resolved.Problems that are developing is that Jimmy is still constantly being bullied.In chapter 5,Jimmy was pushed by victor into the pool.This shows that Jimmy had low-self esteem and allows others to bully him.Jimmy is also fearful that people might found out that he can actually cook.I suppose that he lacks confidence in himself.Jimmy had sleeples nights and had recurring swimming pool dream.He was unable to reach out to the shadow shape who is actually important.When Jimmy found out that GI joe ,his coach who was strict,was a priest,he couldn't believe it.A priest was pious,holy and gentle.Initially Jimmy didnt succeed to learn swimming,but in chapter26,he won the swimming race.This was one of the most being resolved problems and that was Jimmy was able to swim.Therefore there are still problems being developing although some had been resolved.

Yes the problem is being resolved. At the begining of the story, he is unable to swim. Later on he know how to swim. The problem is beinging resolved. The problem that he is low self-esteem is being solves because after he learn how to swim he grow slimer and that will make him have a high self-esteem.

Some of Jimmy's problems had been resolved but some were developed. In Chapter 2 after his classmates soaked his blazer, but GI Joe helped to dry his blazer. One Jimmy's problem which developed was learning how to swim. He was unable to swim in the beginning. He often have a dream about the swimming pool. Another problem developed was also about his talent, which was cooking.
I acknowledge that characters in the novel added to Jimmy's problems . An institution , Vitor , Dog Breath and Maddo always bullied Jimmy . They disrespect Jimmy by giving him names like Boobsy . But Jimmy could solve the problem easily if he had high self esteem . That wasn't all , Jimmy discovered that GI Joe was not just simply a coach to him but a priest . He was shocked and didn't know how to react towards GI Joe as he was a priest .

Well, i think that jimmy's problems are developing and tangling at the same time...i mean that when jimmy's tries to solve the problems, more pops in which really irritate jimmy. The main problem is the shadow shape figure dream which is from the first few chapters. The new problem is that jimmy finds out that GI Joe is a preist. More problem issue are found in the [main course]chapter 5.....and victor still bullies jimmy.
Some of these problems are being resolved while some of the problems are being developed. One of the problem which is resolved is his blazer which is ruined by Victor was brought to Aunt pol’s laundry by GI Joe. One of the problem which is being developed is when Jimmy is bullied by victor, he still dared not speak up.
